Billing Methods

Sending with MPZMail has been designed to fit around your budget no matter what your list size.

Whenever you send an email to subscribers, wether it's by adding a campaign, or adding an auto-responder you will need either Email Credits (If you are Pay as you go) or a subscription plan (Unlimited Sending or Free Forever) before your emails will be sent.

If you don't have a billing plan, or don't have enough credits to cover a campaign your emails won't be sent.

Billing Methods

There are three ways to use MPZMail...

Pay as you go

How to top up your account with email credits...
  1. Login to the MPZMail Control Panel.
  2. On the left hand side of the control panel, click account settings. Then click "Upgrade account".

  3. On the page that opens, click the Pay as you go tab towards the top of the page.

  4. At the top left of the page you can see how many subscribers you currently have in your account.

  5. From the list in the centre of the screen, select the amount of credits you would like to purchase. You can see one of the options will be "Recommended" based on how many subscribers you currently have in your lists, but you are free to select any amount to purchase. You can also change the currency using the currency options top left.

  6. Click the purchase button next to the amount of credits you would like.
  7. You will be sent to PayPal where you can use a PayPal account or a debit or credit card to pay for credits.
  8. Once you have paid, you will be returned to MPZMail and your credits should appear in your account within 10 minutes.

Unlimited Sending

How to to upgrade to Unlimited Sending.
  1. Login to the MPZMail Control Panel.
  2. On the left hand side of the control panel, click account settings. Then click "Upgrade account".

  3. On the page that opens, click the Unlimited Sending tab towards the top of the page.

  4. At the top left of the page you can see how many subscribers you currently have in your account.

  5. From the list in the centre of the screen, select the total number of subscribers you would like to purchase. You can see one of the options will be "Recommended" based on how many subscribers you currently have in your lists, but you are free to select any amount to purchase. You can also change the currency using the currency options top left.

  6. Click the purchase button next to the plan you would like.
  7. You will be sent to PayPal where you will be asked to enter your PayPal details and accept "Pre authorised payments" to MPZMail.
    This means that we will have the authority to automatically bill your account each month, or if you exceed your subscriber limit.
  8. Once you have accepted the pre-authorisation you will be returned to MPZMail where you will be able to check the plan you have selected, before clicking the "Take payment and upgrade" button.
    At this point your PayPal account will be charged and your account will be upgraded instantly.

  9. You can now send unlimited emails.

Free Forever
  • Upgrade to Free Forever and send unlimited emails to up to 1,000 subscribers each month for free.
  • If you go over 1,000 subscribers, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan

How to upgrade to Free Forever

  1. Login to the MPZMail Control Panel.
  2. On the left hand side of the control panel, click account settings. Then click "Upgrade account".

  3. On the page that opens, click the Unlimited Sending tab towards the top of the page.

  4. At the top left of the page you can see how many subscribers you currently have in your account.

  5. As long as you have under 1,000 subscribers,  from the list in the centre of the screen, select the Free Forever plan (it's at the top of the list) and click "Upgrade"

  6. You can now send up to unlimited emails a month to up to 1,000 subscribers.

Can I get a refund?

No matter what type of account you have (Pay as you Go or Unlimited Sending) we are unable to offer refunds.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal transactions automatically. Payments are handled by WorldPay and PayPal using their own secure servers and systems.
If you would like to pay via a Bank Transfer, please contact us.

Are there any discounts?

Unlimited Sending Plans and Pay as you Go options are both discounted already, based on the number you purchase.

However, we are able to offer further discounts to non-profit organisations along with some other organisations including agencies. To find out if you are eligable please contact us.
